Like Facebook, google adwords, twitter, LinkedIn, pinterest, etc. But i wanted to know that which is best suits for promoting services at cheap costs? Budget is not the constrain but reach, hits and leads are; how to choose wisely?

Depending upon which social media platform is mostly used by your target audience you should select the marketing platform. For all niche I think facebook and LinkedIn are the perfect social media platform.
