I’m trying to do something very simple, but I don’t know how. My website is: “http://waterfall.me“, and I’m trying to emulate a website by a Pixar artist “http://ronniedelcarmen.com“. Do you know how I add those links floating over the picture like he has? And I can I align the image so that it’s in a similar position as his? I’d greatly appreciate a response, thanks! -Colin

@jedaisoulMar 31.2016 — Hi and welcome to the site.

The simple answer to your question is to examine the source code of the web page, work out how it works, and do something similar yourself.

As to the specifics, you might get more help if you linked to the correct web page, i.e. one that contains the effects you wish to learn about. I can't see any pictures, nor floating links, in the page you have linked. ?
