Error using phpmailer to send mail

Good day everyone!

I am trying to send email with phpmailer and got the following error:

When I tried with yahoomail; Mailer Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email][email protected][/email]: “Your IP: xxx.xxx.xx.xx : Your domain yahoo.com is not allowed in header From”

When I tried with yahoomail; Mailer Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email][email protected][/email]: “Your IP: xxx.xxx.xx.xx : Your domain gmail.com is not allowed in header From”

Can someone help me out pls! Thanks
