Htaccess directory link forwarding..

My issue is the that I have a wordpress installation at the root directory of my domain but recently installed a new theme in another directory. I have figured out how to forward anyone going to the .com to the new theme/directory but I want to know if it’s possible, thru htaccess, or whatever to forward all links from the root to the new directory.

For instance,

An old link would look as such: http://www.hiphopcertified.com/2016/02/wrekonize-sunny-winter-2-ep/

and the new one: http://www.hiphopcertified.com/hhc/2016/02/wrekonize-sunny-winter-2-ep/

The only difference being the /hhc/ directory of the new one. I want every time that someone tries to go to an old link that it gets forwarded to the new link, as all the old pages and new pages have the same exact link structure with the just /hhc/ being the difference.

Thanks.
