help out managing a website

Hiya, i was wondering if there is anyone out there who is interested in managing a website with me, i’m going to need a few dedicated staff members. this website is going to be based around the alternative music scene and will have band and gig listing. I need people to help post news and review albums. sort of like an online magazine.

I am going to use PhP nuke at the minute unless anyone knows of a better back end and what i need is a good dedicate designer who is good at making a theme for php nuke. i took a look at it myself and given the resources i have at the minute and where i’m at it would be very difficult for me to do it myself.

Every staff member would have full admin access.
