I there a way to preload a page with php and maybe use an image to display while the page is loading?

@ShrineDesignsMay 20.2004 — php work on the server as the request for the page is being sent, once php has parsed the page it is outputed to the browser, there is no way to preload a page without loading it (mozilla has a built-in pre-fetching ability), and putting up an image would only increase the amount of time it would take to download a page

@NevermoreMay 20.2004 — To preload a page just make the browser download it but dont display it; for example, you could put an iframe or normal frame in with height and width of 0 and no borders, and have the frame contain the page to preload.
