website with out java script for facebook free basic eligibility

Hello All

One of my client considers his website development to achieve free basic eligibility.

With the minimal research , i tend to understand that for the free basic to be achieved for a website, it should be free of java scripting, iframes, svg, and video:

My question is:

Did anyone try doing the same? if yes, what are the main challenges you have faced during the same

Also once the site is done, Would I be encountering any major breakdown in future which are common?
