Help finding a cart system

Im looking for a lightweight cart. I want something where I can build the font end myself and just pass the info on to a cart.

Basically every cart I have found has the front end already built out, and I cant customize them easily to fit my designs (not to mention they are slow as hell). I would rather build the entire site by hand and just have a form that i can pass the product info back and forth in PHP.

Ex:
I set product pricing in the backend, and on the front end I have a website.com/product.php?id=4 and I can just pull the price and stuff from the database and display it where i want on the page

Customer hit ‘buy’ on the form, it passes to the backend the item and pulls pricing/shipping processes payment.

I have used PayPal’s merchant accounts in the past, I like the way their forms are setup where I can just paste them in and customize them. However I’ve run into a client with a vivid hatred for Paypal, so thats out. I’d like something I can run on my server and use authorize.net to process everything. It doesnt have to track inventory or do alot of fancy crap.

@milpete23Feb 04.2016 — You may find it from the net I guess. There are a lot of simple and customizable cart to built your own and then modify it to your needs. Not all providers give the luxury of redesigning what they have made, but you can definitely find something out of it. Also, the pricing payment should be an updated one. The ordinary one won't last long and I used to consult a payment solution provider VersaPay for all sort of payment processing.

@3wCornerFeb 09.2016 — Try using free shopping cart like Zencart, OsCommerce, Cubecart and so on. You can also use Shopify.

Or try using premium ecommerce solution like BigCommerce. Basically have everything you need but a little pricey.

Or try using Wordpress. They have Woocommece themes and plugins ready for your ecommerce site.
