Importing API file to another framework

We had someone create a PHP/MySQL site for us on PyroCMS, but the feedback we get from our clients is that it lacks in being user friendly…

My question, Can I import somehow the old API file, while recreating the static pages etc. on a more robust framework.

@rootJan 05.2016 — Look for a CMS thats popular and use one of the site import tools. You will find that forum boards are an example of making install of a forum and patching it in to the old database childs play.

If there are no import tools, you either write one yourself or spend time altering tables and renaming stuff in the database to patch it to what ever it is you use.
