image upload with mini review

Hello guys need your help and some advice’s how could i do something like this :

this is image upload witha amini review and some navigation buttons , so could some1 help me to get one of those or to build by self would be even better .
and the second thing i need information about those images , what i am doing is i am building a website for advertise something so hare you are uploading an image of your stuff u want to put on a website and information i need is how i should i do with those image i mean do i have them upload to a mysql database or to upload to a website directory and upload a path to a database and then just load it with a path hope you get it what i mean .
and the third thing is about an extracting a name of a post method example :
i am sending a image with a form like this :

[code] <input type=”file” multiple=”true” name=”image[]”> [/code]

so the name is image[] witch is file name , but when i am trying to do the same way i got an errors

[code] $img = $_POST[“image[]”]; [/code]

could some1 tell me a proper way to do so ?
