PHP NT Variables Not Displaying Correctly!

We are running php 4.3.6, windows 2000 server IIS.

I am using code:

[code=php]
<?php echo $_SERVER[“LOGON_USER”]; ?>
[/code]

To display the nt username information. It only pulls “Administrator” thru the web. I have tested this on different computers on our servers, we disabled Anonymous because it wouldn’t even display anything. We found only 1 computer that displayed that actual users Logon Name. We checked all internet explorer, “intranet” settings and they are all configured the same. Has anyone encountered this problem, I can’t find any resources on the internet. Someone please help!
