Can anyone suggest how I can do a search on my site with e.g. Google without my search being influenced by cached searches on my computer ? i.e how can I do a search on my own site that will show results as if it is the first search from my computer ? I run Firefox.

Thanks Kevin. That is however not really the answer I was looking for. There used to be a way with FF where I could open a separate browser window that had no history, unfortunately that seems to have gone, can't even remember what it was called.
I was wondering if FF 'private window' would do the same ?
