Presenting a form two different ways

I have to redesign one of our forms that currently takes up most of the screen so that it only uses half of the screen vertically. Easy enough, but the trick here is that they also want to be able to “toggle” between the new design and the existing one.

So, I’m trying to figure out how to code a page that presents the same form two different ways without running into trouble with duplicate field names or IDs.

Any ideas?

@Khalid_AliMay 16.2004 — you can use re create the form with specific pre-settings at run time.

If you post a link to the page or show your HTML code and describe your preferences for both styles that form may be displayed in,I am sure some one here may be able to help.
