How to edit Word online directly?

Hi, all. We are in an OA system in which our customers requires that they can view and edit MS Office document online directly, and save the edited document back into their server. We want something like Google Docs, but it should be a web component to embed in the system. Do you have any suggestions or any software to recommand? Thanks ahead.

I would use Apache POI - the Java API for Microsoft Documents.

Maybe a workflow like upload - edit - download.

I recommend you to use Aceoffix control. Aceoffix is an exciting office control. It does support all popular browsers, such as IE, Chrome, Firefox and Opera. It can embed, display, edit and print a real word document on web pages. It supports all the features of MS Word online.
