mysql error with phpmyadmin

MySQL said:

The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version

Crap. The command works fine when I use it via the command line interface, but with phpmyadmin, I get that error. I have no idea why.

If you can help me, you will for sure go to heaven.

@violent_jApr 27.2004 — correct me if i'm wrong, but i think it's not a query. it's just a command line argument (for use in the mysql front end)

but i thought phpmyadmin (newer versions), had such functions built-in

maybe you could check the manual for that?
