Are there limitations on size of text in textarea fields?

I have developed an online survey in Frontpage that excepts comments. Is there a limit of characters that an HTML form will accept before the submit event executes? For example, My form has 10 questions with 10 textarea boxes. If I fill those boxes to total 1620 characters, it will submit. But if there are 1621, the submit will not occur…

Any suggestions, or advice would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,

Rashar

@ray326Apr 22.2004 — You might hit some limits if your method is GET, but POST is wide open.

@RasharauthorApr 22.2004 — Thanks to ray326 and samij586 for your replies. It is true ray326 that the POST is wide open. I set the method to POST and my form submitted...however it did not write any information to the database...so back to the drawing board...
