Creating a Menu

Hey i would like to create a drop down menu which is as accessible as possible. I have looked through a few threads so far as checked out a few links (Vladdys) but am still confused. What i would like is it to be 800px wide and each menu element about 130px with a sub dropdown menu. The menu has to be horizontal. I have attached a image of what it might look like.

I am not asking for someone to create it as that would be crazy(not that i wouldnt mind: ) ) but just for some assistance in creating it. Any help or info is appreciated greatly.

It's not too hard to add to a site...but then some of them located here: http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/

might not work with mozilla browser....or something..just like everything else...half azzly compatible and stuff...:rolleyes:

Unless...your talking about making one from scratch like that or something...I dunno about that lol....need someone else with a little more experience then..hehe..
