menu in php

I am trying to redesign my site in php.

I wonder there can create a “glue” or “statics” menu. I want menu to stay same page all time… absolutely not move less than 1 mircometre , when it scroll up or down a little. It kinda like iFrame but I don’t want to iFrame because it might screw menu’s menu system and pages.

edit: You know that css background can make the picture stay all time.

@The_CheatMar 30.2004 — php can't do that. PHP is serverside, not clientside. The effect you are looking for can be achieved using CSS though. [URL=http://bluerobot.com/web/css/fouc.asp]bluerobot[/URL] does it on this page.

:? It is background... I don't want background but almost same ideas that object MUST be stayed on the page all time.
