Which Config is Best for Mr Newbie (ish)

I am setting up a website using Bitnami WordPress Stack and an Avada Theme. I am no coder and I am no programmer so I realise that I have a little learning curve in front of me, which is fine.

My Questions is I am setting up my cloud server but have so many options, which configuration should I take? The website is a simple tourism website: [url]http://campalta.bitnamiapp.com/wordpress/[/url]

Which boot source: Image, Snapshot, Volume or private image.
Linux or Windows
The list of images you can see on the scroll down screen shot are: cent, core, deban and fedora, the rest are visible.
