There are any number of themes you can download for a range of CMSs that produce that kind of site with limited technical knowledge on your part. Some may allow you a free evaluation period and others may be entirely free, but beware, as in many things, you tend to get what you pay for...
I'd suggest you do some research on Google for the kind of eShop you are looking for, and download some themes etc. to find out which come closest to meeting your needs...
Alternatively there are many developers who are capable of building a site for you. However, you can need to have a very detailed and precise written specification of what functionality you require, otherwise the development can become mired in misunderstanding and dispute over what was, and was not, included in the original contract.
You might consider obtaining the services of a well established developer/team used to a level of one to one hand-holding and evolution of the design that is likely to arise with an inexperienced client. However, such services tend to be expensive (with good reason).
