Parallax scrolling with scrolling animation on the first page

Hello,

I would like to create a parallax scrolling website.

I want it to have scrolling animation on the first page

A good example is this site

As you can see when we scroll down on the first page, it actually does some animation and only when it finishes, we can scroll down to the rest of the site

I’m working with Edge Animate, I was planning on doing the parallax scrolling using edge common

Any ideas?
