Combine JQuery files?

Hey Guys,

I’ve got a site which is based on wordpress – Its then customised with themes and plugins.
I’ve got one great plugin for a portfolio system but the images arent showing in a lighbox.

I’ve spoken to the developer who said:
Your site (page) is calling duplicate instances of jQuery library, and a lot of JS errors are thrown due to this.
Please make sure you are embedding a single and correct jQuery version.
I’ve checked and found I was calling one local jquery file and one from google api – I’ve removed the google one and I disabled all plugins except the portfolio but it still fails.

Can anyone help me ou with getting this working please as I’ve never experienced this before.
