I need advice on how to create a plugin with check-in functionality for a WordPress site for a client. I What we need is for users to be able to check in to different locations through a plugin (or something similar) on the site – this should be like checking in on Foursquare or Google+ – which can link to the website and their individual social media pages.
I work for a marketing firm and our current developer doesn’t know how to accomplish this (or so do easily), so I’m looking for any advice or suggestions. Thanks in advance!
