How to get IMEI number using PHP script?

Hi Geek,
When someone hit my web URL and post some form then that time along with all field I would like to get IMEI number of that handset using PHP or JavaScript.
So , help me out if possible.

@NogDogApr 16.2015 — I doubt that the IMEI number is within any of the HTTP request data. In fact, I sincerely hope it isn't, as no web site should have access to it unless the user explicitly wants to supply it for some reason.

Just because of client requirement.

@NogDogApr 17.2015 — As far as I know (and I'm not an expert on this), it would only be exchanged between the phone and the cellular carrier, but would not be part of any HTTP headers or such, since its purpose is for the carrier to identify the device (and block it if stolen, etc.).
