I’ve just written some JavaScript to take HTML content from 1 page (an IFRAME document.body) and dump it in a span in my master document.

A sort of page update thingy

loadCont.innerHTML = dataFrame.document.body.innerHTML

it does NOT allow me to dump code with <P> tags in it
anyone else seen this prob it’s new to me

It just says “Undefined runtime error” <== which is about as usefull a punch in the face!!!!!

ways around it?

P.S. works fine in MOZILLA

@steelersfan88Mar 23.2004 — the subject of the post is totally off topic, and trying to instigate negotiation again between browsers. Plus, you poorly defined your problem, it is too difficult to understand what you are looking for.

if you are looking to receive text from an iframe, from what object? if the whole frame, IE treats this as an individual frame, which does not contain innerHTML attribute.
