javascript alert message box

Hello friends,

Is this possible to format javascript alert message box?
I mean:

Can I change its background color from grey to red (for example)?

Can I change default image to my one?

Can I on a title bar instead of Internet explorer write something else?

If it is possible could you please send me a code how to do this?
