embedding a frame in a random spot

is there a way to embed a frame into the middle of my page?

like into the cell on a table, or onto a coordinate position?

i only want part of the page to change, and rather than make all of the pages look the same, i was wondering if i could somehow make a frame in the spot i want to change

thanks in advance

@VladdyMar 23.2004 — That is not what frames are for. If you have a repeated block of HTML that you want to repeat on all your pages, use server side includes.

i originally had my band site up as a flash, and it still sits as a flash

@steelersfan88Mar 23.2004 — Placing it on the left or top (column or row) owuld allow frames to operate, in which each individual page should check externally if the page contains frames. This would allow you to get by without changing page extensions, otherwise SSI is your best choice.
