bstransition end function not working .
$(document).ready(function(){
var el = $(‘#la’)[0]

el.addEventListener(‘transitionend’ , function(){
alert(‘la’);
});
console.log(el);
});
this function is really not working ? . i mean the alert is not showing after the transition .

heres what i am trying to do :

heres the fiddle : http://jsfiddle.net/8kt9eefs/1/.

why is the alert not firing . i have used a bit of Jquery for the document load , but my question is about the JS code in that code .

@gautamz07authorFeb 26.2015 — The problem is i was't using the transition property at all instead i was using the keyframe animation. i need animationend:

$("#block").one('webkitAnimationEnd msAnimationEnd animationend', function(e) {

alert("block has finished moving");

});

$("#block").addClass("tweetanimation");

Works perfect .
