i just bought a new samsung cd burner. i installed it, i hooked it up how it showed, got power to it the IDE cable in but it shows i need JUMPER plugs? i called the costomer service they say i need them, i talk to a few people they say i dont. the thing did not come with a driver Cd the guy aid when you start your computer it should pop up as new hardware but it hasnt. what to do, best buy want 50$ to install it and i want to do it myself i just paid 100$ for it. i dont know what else to do?
