@Sup3rkirbyFeb 04.2015 — Whenever you bring up the Chrome Developer Console (F12) and click on the 'Emulation' button/toggle, a section should appear at the bottom of the console window. There should be 4 'tabs', with the third (labeled 'Emulation') currently selected.

Here you can set up your own custom presets for devices that are not included already. You simply need to enter in the resolution, pixel ratio, and if the device is a mobile device you would check 'Emulate Mobile'. More than likely you'll also want 'Shrink to fit' checked as well. Then you can click 'Save as' (near the top, beside the model preset dropdown), give your preset a name and click 'Save'.

Success!
