@daviddakaraiFeb 10.2015 — SEM or Search Engine Marketing encompasses all aspects of search marketing including PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media campaigns, etc.

SEO is a series of technical marketing techniques used to improve a web site's rankings in search engines like Google. Identifying good keywords, developing quality links, code validation and content markup are central to SEO.

The main difference between Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) is that traffic coming from SEO (organic) is free while traffic generated from PPC is not free (as the name implies you have to pay a cost per click).

@johnballyFeb 14.2015 — PPC: - Means if you want paid and affiliate marketing then you can choose PPC.

SEO: - Search engine optimization, if you want to get organic result in search engine and get high PR back links then you can choose SEO service.

SMO: - Social media optimization. Means you can promote your business over the all social media sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin, myspace, yotube, google+ etc.

These are the basic difference between them but these are all importance for any website promotion. If you want to know how to do this then you should definitely talk with experienced SEO consultant. Or most of the SEO companies are available in market, so you can contact them directly for SEO service.

Thanks

Johnbally

SEO may target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, video search, academic search, news search and industry-specific vertical search engines.
