Mobile background video

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with the background display on mobile devices. I have a video background on the homepage which displays fine on desktops, but on mobile devices nothing displays at all. Not sure if on mobile devices an image should take the place of the video. Can anyone offer any assistance?

@Sup3rkirbyJan 16.2015 — I do not see a video anywhere on that page, which should be your homepage since it's the root of the domain. But regardless, I can tell you that if the video you were trying to add is embeded with flash, it won't work on mobile devices as they don't support flash in browsers. You'll have to look into an HTML5 video fallback.

Also, I'm not sure what issues you are having with your background. I'm not seeing any problems specifically with the background, though I would make sure you set your images to a '[B][I]max-width: 100%;[/I][/B]' for mobile to prevent them from expanding beyond the screen.

Thanks for your feedback, the video background uses a javascript to load a youtube video using the VideoID. I definitely wouldn't use flash due to the amount of users using mobile devices. I will go in and check the images and them to max-width of 100%.
