i need some guidance regarding website Developing

Hello
I am Pramod Phole

If I need want an E-commerce
Tours and Travels Booking Website. Which Programming And Coding i should used.

Which One is the best From.
1. PHP
2. HTML
3. CSS
3. C++
Any other Suggestions.
And what Database i need to Build…
Example:- MYSQL

I will Introduce myself. I Am Pramod U Phole
Graduated Bachelor in computer Application(BCA) From Pune Univesity.
And Now I am very much interested and In web Designing
I have No Financial Conditions to Join the Course now That’s Why i have to learn by own at home.
Please guide me.

@jedaisoulJan 03.2015 — You cannot develop an active site from scratch in one language. You need to use HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL at the very least. Add to that some JavaScript to make the web pages more stylish, and you have a daunting learning curve to master.

Alternatively, you could consider using a CMS and/or framework(s) to do most of the coding for you. However, beware, CMSs and frameworks tend to produce bloated opaque code that is difficult to understand and modify.
