Changing consonants…

Okay, last stupid n00b question from me :p

I need a little help with a script that evaluates every letter in a sentence and changes the consonants; X to XOX, Q to QOQ, V to VOV… yeah, you catch my drift. The vowels or the spacing or anything else shouldn’t change.

Any help would be appreciated ?
