Hi,
I have some tables of data that I need to sort and filter. I dont need to sort every single column in every table but almost. I’d like users to be able to sort any column based on a custom function since the data isnt just simple dates, numbers, and names – a lot of it is a combination of names and numbers with specific meanings. And I need some way to filter (I was just thinking a text filter of whatever text the user enters and presses the filter button but more advance filtering options would be nice.) Is there something specific I should look into or learn? I think I’m going to start using JQueryUI for the rest of the user interface but I dont think UI has those specific functions. Any advice you can give is appreciated.
