Help with a wordpress action

Hey guys, I’m hoping for some help with a code. The developer rarely replies to anyone so I’m afraid to wait around on them for something that’s likely 101 to anyone who knows php very well.

We use the plugin front end pro for our authors to edit their profile forms with. We need to add the ability to edit the yoast seo meta title and meta description field. On the developers site he says the ‘meta keys’ are:

_yoast_wpseo_title, _yoast_wpseo_metadesc

Somehow I believe I am supposed to combine/use this with these instructions in my functions file:

[url]http://docs.wedevs.com/using-action-hook-field/[/url]

So far in the instructions I have gave the action a name “yoast_title”. That’s pretty much as far as I got unfortunately…LOL. And I know the form id that I’m trying to work with is “4078”. I just don’t understand what goes where beyond that.

Thank you so much in advance for any help I can get with the coding for this. I’m hoping it’s mainly just copy/paste from their article but with a few word changes for our form ID or something.
