Recommendations for HTML editor

Hello
I am new to this forum, I have intermediate level skills in web programming have been using Dreamweaver on/off for 10+ years. The version I have is 8, but the last update was prior to the Adobe acquisition! I also do not like Adobe’s fee structure being monthly. I can probably keep D 8 for a while but sooner or later I will need a program that has HTML 5 and CSS3 capability (yes I know this can be hand coded but I ocassionally like some WYSIWYG hand holding). Getting seriously back into website development I am learning HTML5/CSS3 and updating my site (for my own business). But being intermediate level I don’t need a full WYSIWYG. From the review below I think Coffecup looks like a good fit for me, and just a one time payment of $69. Any opinions on Coffecup?
