Hi, im pretty new to HTML and CSS (I can create very simple websites). For a school (university) project I have to create a website about “Smart glasses”. So, I have a very nice idea for this page but I’m not sure if I am capable to do this and where to start. Maybe you can help me and give me some tips.

Ok, so I want to my website to look like an google glass (or any other) HUD. Like you are just put it on and look through it, with a simple video (or an image would also be ok) as background. Half-transparent navigation frames, some icons and maybe an intergrated weather-app or something like that. Just like in a real smartglass.

Is that possible? And with how much afford?

@jedaisoulDec 03.2014 — Yes it is possible, but the cost is mainly your time! You do not need expensive tools like Dreamweaver and Photoshop, indeed it is arguable that both encourage inferior web coding practices.
