Business Development for Web/Mobile Dev services

Hey guys,

My name is Riley and I work with Tego Media. Tego is a vertically based media company operating out of Paradise Valley, Arizona. Over the past 6 months we have started offering website and mobile app creation as a service we offer. What I am looking for is suggestions on ramping up this portion of our business. Tego primarily operates in the online advertising space, but we are looking to increase this area of our business tenfold by the middle of next year.

I come to you today looking for resources I can use to find customers actively seeking these services. I have reached out a bit on craigslist and also started using Guru, but these are sites primarily for small to medium size projects with freelancers in mind. We are looking for large projects with at least five figure budgets.
