GUI for horisontal list?

I would like to show my dynamic list in a different way. The idea is that the user navigates through the contents by pressing either the buttons or the arrow keys on the keyboard, and the content is displayed horizontally.

The next list item appears centered on the page when the user presses the left arrow key. This gives the user a choice of yes or no. If the user presses the down arrow key, the list item will be saved in the no list. If the user presses the up arrow key, the list item will be saved in the yes list. If the user instead press the left arrow key, the next list item will appear centered on the page.

I want tips on how this will be implemented. What kind of teqnique I need to use and so on. Thanks!

I have done a sketch-image, but it does not seem as if I can upload it !?
