Assistance with a Website for a Credit Union

I am in the process of designing a website for a Credit Union. They are relatively small and currently use ACH to process their online payments for their members but this is the only online service they offer. They are looking to pretty much start from scratch and want to add online banking as a primary feature. As well as web design I am a Systems Admin so my time is incredibly divided between these two roles and do not have the time or resources to dedicate to coding a database and maintaining it for all of their members. Despite my efforts in simply trying to google a third part company who can provide this back end service for me to just link a login page to I cannot seem to find any legitimate companies who offer this service. Many payment processors but that is about as far as I get.

Does anyone know of anyone I can contact for this? Or have any experience in this type of matter?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
