google chrome SSL error

Hi,

I am using a thin client, which launches a dashboard webpage, which also has the twitter widget, but for some reason the twitter widget does not show any feeds. When i try to access the twitter webpage, i get the following error message:

twitter.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to twitter.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. Either an attacker is trying to pretend to be twitter.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit twitter.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Still no luck, the os is XP sp3.
