Multiple Update From One Input

I run a site that lists events across the U.S. I have the date broke down by a master U.S. page and then each state has the dates and then the event has a page. What I would like to do is update the master U.S. page and have it automatically update the state and event page. Is this possible with html or css if so can someone point me in the correct direction or words I should search in Google.

@jedaisoulOct 17.2014 — Assuming that you have a database back-end that stores the events, that should happen anyway!. If you are manually entering the events on each page, of course that won't happen! Either way, neither HTML nor CSS are relevant. So I've moved the thread to the PHP forum as that seems likely to be the place you will get help...

Oh and if your site is built with a CMS, it would help if you said so, 'cos that's a different forum!
