some images of my HTML page is missing

I have created newsletter using HTML and CSS. I use filezilla to upload my images. But when i open the index.html some images are missing and every time i refresh the page some images are showing. And when i click “view image” to the missing image it is there but it’s not properly showing upon opening the index.html. I think the problem is the main server but I don’t know how to fix it, coz i’m not the admin of the server.

can anyone help me?
