Counting Steam Inventory items on my website

So I’m running a website on my VPS about Steam Trading with Team Fortress 2 items and I want to count how many specific items I have in my inventory. I saw a lot of websites have that, so here’s an example: [url]http://puu.sh/c5vUP/e7543785d9.png[/url] !

I’m new to this php thing so I will not understand everything, here’s a link to my website so you can take a look. My website is using wordpress as well. I want to put that count thing under “Bots stock”.
