Ho to achieve parallax effect on one area only

Hello, just wanted for you guys to give me an idea on how to achieve this. So here’s the thing I want have like a parallax effect on one area of website only where in when navigating from “Home” to “Academics” or to “School Profile” the “CON_AREA” which is the pink area below slides to the left and when navigating vice versa slides to right and everything else is static.
