Need Help – Site goes to another link from Google.

Hi Guys –

I need your help to solve my problem mentioned below :

I am very upset to have just noticed that when we click on our page through google, instead of being directed to our website [b]www.[/b][b]1234insurance.com[/b] it goes to [b]http[/b][b]://[/b][b]doctoraccess.eu/[/b] and that page says “404 this page can not be Found.

If I open the site first time in browser, it opens fine. But when try to open from Google, then it starts redirecting to [url]http://doctoraccess.eu/[/url], even if we try to open the direct link. If I remove history of browser including cache and cookies and try to open the direct link again, it will open fine.

Please help me and let me know why is it happening?

@ginerjmOct 01.2014 — So - where did this 'wrong' url come from? Is it mentioned in your website and being picked up by the google robots? Somehow google searches (we are talking about google search results?) is linking the search data gathered from your site with this 'bad' url - where does it get it from? OR - DID YOU LEAVE THIS OUT? - is this a subdomain under that bad url?

@jedaisoulOct 02.2014 — I searched for "1234 insurance" and your entry came up (down the page) as:

Insurance

1234insurance.com

Note: It should be:

Insurance

[b]www.[/b]1234insurance.com

I suspect that the absence of "www." is causing the link to fail. But why is it being omitted? I'd check to see if there is some URL rewriting going on in the site which is confusing Google.
