Help with choosing a WEB UI Builder

I’m not a professional web developer, but I use some of web componets for small web apps with reports, tables and other. I find useful such kind of services as WEB UI Builders, for example [URL=”http://umyproto.com”]UMyProto[/URL] It’s was a little bit complicated for the first time to make an app, but now with my templates it’s easy.
In one of promotion e-mails they say that in second edition they will make the builder acceptable for the tablets.
So for me it’s interesting to hear from professionals, does it make a sense to use builder for fast prototyping on the tablet and what alternatives for UMyProto can you suggest.
