Where should I integrate this code?

I’m working with this:
[url]http://www.rainbodesign.com/pub/image-tools/pdf-to-jpg.html[/url]

to see if I can add the ability to upload a pdf to the PHPmotion script ([url]http://demo.phpmotiontemplates.com/default/[/url]),
(which currently only allows jpg, png & gif image uploads).

The part I need help with is where to integrate this code:

into the attached file?

@deathshadowSep 23.2014 — PDF isn't an image format supported by browsers, so I'm not sure what you are expecting it to do or how you want to integrate it.

Though that code gives me a headache -- unless that's an HTML e-mail 90%+ of it belongs in the trash can. Tables for nothing, static style inlined in the markup, strong doing label's job, line breaks doing padding's job, tags like FONT that have no business on any website written after 1997...

What I expect to do with it is convert a pdf to a jpg which is supported by browsers.

Any other help will be appreciated.
