Testexam how to?

Hi,

New to web design. What would you recommend me to do on the following situation?

I need to be able to offer students testsexams and evaluate results to determine if students have approved. This should include the ability to control who can take these tests. How can i fulfill this need? Is there a software or module that i can add to my website? or there are websites dedicated to offer this service that i can hire?

Please advice and provide guidance and recos.
